Port of Salalah has published its audited financial results for the year 2012 to the Muscat Securities Market on March 4, 2013 in line with the disclosure requirements of the bourse. The same was published in local English and Arabic newspapers on March 5.

The Board of Directors of the company has proposed a dividend distribution of 25% subject to approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on March 27th, 2013.
